EmbarkDev is a full-stack studio in Sarasota, Florida. We build websites, ship apps, and put AI to work. Every project is fixed-scope, fast, and clear from day one.
Why this exists
Most of this work is buried in process.
Most agencies sell process, discovery sprints, account managers, slide decks, weekly status calls, "phase one" timelines that stretch into quarters. The thing they sell least of is the actual work.
EmbarkDev is the opposite of that. That's by design: there's no project manager between you and the people writing the code. We scope it, price it, ship it, and you own it, usually in weeks, not quarters.
We do four things: modernization, AI automation, websites, and mobile apps. We pick what fits the job, not what's trendy. And we'll tell you when we're not the right fit, which happens more than you'd think.

Where we are
A Gulf Coast studio.
We're based in Sarasota, Florida, with a home base just south in Nokomis on the Gulf. We meet in person with clients across Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton, Tampa, and Naples, and work remotely with clients across the country and around the world.
The water is twenty minutes away. The dog sleeps under the desk. And most of our work ships from offices quieter than any agency conference room.
